Joe did an amazing job in TTB
when I got to see him on Dec 29th and January 1st. He totally blew me away
with his talent. He had so much heart and soul in his performace that he
just drew the audience in. I totally loved the new Susan, Natascia Diaz.
She was incredible. Joe and her worked wonderfully together with their comedic
timing and the emotion they drew from each other. Of course, Jerry Dixon
did an amazing job as usual. He has an amazing job. This cast is so strong
together. Natascia blows Molly Ringwald out of the
water.
I got to talk to Joe breifly
after the show on Dec 29th and he was sweet as usual. I got him a gift
for his birthday. He was a little confused about it when I showed it to
him. So I told him, "Well its a frame but also a photo album flipbook
in one...let me show you how to do it." So I showed him how it works
and he said..."That's Killer!" I was so happy he loved it. I
then got a quick picture with him and all was good. He is such a great
guy.
The show on the 1st of January
was so incredible. The cast was so on and gave it their all. It has been
the best show I have seen out of the times I have seen it. I am just so
proud of how far Joe has come! After the show they were collecting money
for a former Susan who has been stricken with breast cancer. I went and
put money in Joe's basket and he said "there you go honey."
I asked him if he would mind signing my limited edition cd and he said
"of course." While he was signing it he asked me "I'm sorry
honey but whats your name again!" I told him and while he continuted
to sign he said "I had such a good time the other night just going
through the album and laughed my ass off!" I told him "I am
very happy you liked it!" He said "You are very creative and
I love it!" After he finished signing it he read it back to me. It
says "Christina Love Joe McIntyre B.H" He asked me "Do
you know what B.H stands for?" I was like um "I think so but
I could be wrong. SO I ABOUT DIED...he leans over and whispers to me "B.H
is for Braveheart...you know B.H and Braveheart." I just smiled and
laughed with him. He is just too cute! :)
